RESEARCH – EXPERTISE AREA :
I am a molecular biologist specialist of invertebrate physiology and immunology. I have developed different functional genomics approaches (proteomics and transcriptomics) dedicated to the identification of molecular determinants playing a key role in host/pathogen interactions involving molluscs, annelids or corals and bacteria or parasites. I study the plasticity of invertebrate animals submitted to biotic and abiotic stresses and the diversity of their response between and within populations submitted to contrasted environmental conditions. I teach physiology (immunology, endocrinology, ecophysiology), omics and cellular biology.
