DOMAINE D’EXPERTISE-RECHERCHE :
Je travaille essentiellement sur le modèle hôte/ parasite Biomphalaria glabrata / Schistosoma mansoni en me focalisant sur la nature immunobiologique de cette interaction menant soit au succès ou à l’échec parasitaire.
Nous développons plusieurs stratégies pour caractériser les déterminants moléculaires impliqués dans ces interactions ; i) des approches protéomiques globales (2DIG) ou ciblées (co_immunoprécipitation), ii) des approches transcriptomiques (RNAseq), iii) des approches fonctionnelles par l’utilisation d’ARN interférents sur le mollusque et le parasite, iv) des approches cellulaires pour valider la fonction biologique de ces déterminants (Immunolocalisation, Test d’activité à l’aide de protéine recombinante…).
