Je suis diplômé d’un doctorat en pathologie humaine et maladies infectieuses de l’université Aix-Marseille.
J’ai des expériences dans la culture, l’épidémiologie, l’identification et l’antibiorésistance.
Je suis expert en séquençage génomique et métagénomique par l’utilisation du plateforme Ilumina MiSeq, ISeq et la plateforme Oxford nanopore.
De plus, je suis expert en analyses bio-informatiques inclus l’assemblage, annotation, taxonomies et analyse comparative, recherche des résistances bactériennes.
J’ai des connaissances et des compétences pour effectuer toutes ces opérations avec une grande précision.
