DOMAINE D’EXPERTISE/RECHERCHE :
Mes travaux visent à comprendre les relations écologiques et évolutives affectant la dynamique des interactions hôte-parasite en utilisant les mollusques et les trématodes comme modèles biologiques. Je m’intéresse particulièrement à l’étude des espèces invasives menaçant la biodiversité locale et la santé publique et animale (domestique et sauvage). Les activités de recherche que j’entreprends couramment sont l’écologie de terrain, la génétique des populations, la parasitologie expérimentale et les études de traits d’histoire de vie. J’étudie la dynamique naturelle et expérimentale des populations à différentes échelles spatio-temporelles et leur relation avec les facteurs environnementaux, les infections parasitaires et les perturbations anthropiques dans un contexte One Health.
